The main reponsabilities of this section are the following :

 

This Section :

  • provides general assistance to the Department Leader: general secretariat, coordination and follow-up of documents such as Resources Review Board, financial statements, together with the necessary background information, etc. and checks all other official documents the Department has to produce (Adjudications, Annual Accounts, etc.).
  • covers all aspects of administrative support required within the Department, i.e. management of the resources of the Department (P+M), industrial support management in the Department, general services such as training, space management, removals, telephone, etc.
