FP-DI-TPS
The Treasury, Payments and FP IT services Section is in charge of all payments made by the Organization. This covers the payroll, payments to suppliers, as well as payments made on behalf of Visiting Teams and Collaborations. The unit deals with the treasury and cash management, manages the liquid resources taking into account the need for various currencies and the consequent investments of available funds in Swiss francs and other currencies.
The unit provides periodic reporting (daily, monthly, six-monthly, annually) or ad hoc management reporting at various levels (Department, other Departments, Management, Member State Delegations, Resources Review Boards) concerning purchasing and accounting activities. It also provides the Department's first layer support for computer related activities (mainly hardware and interface with IT Department.
